Adelaide's is proudly owned by the Newell family. They purchased the company from the original founders – the Phillips family in November 2010. While continuing on with the traditional "Adelaide's Style" and incorporating newer cutting edge designs – the Newell's do not take their ownership of a 75+ year-old company lightly. Many of the employees have been with Adelaide's for years and continue on under the new ownership creating the beautiful designs they have become known for.
